We then compile a search target list and discuss any sensitivities with our client, before our research team conduct in depth research driven sourcing to outline organisational structure and identify potential candidates to approach. Once interest and suitability has been determined, we conduct face to face discussions with candidates to gain a more detailed understanding of their experienceand cultural fit for the short-list requirements of our client.
