We then compile a search target list and discuss any sensitivities with our client, before our research team conduct in depth research driven sourcing to outline organisational structure and identify potential individuals to approach. Once interest and suitability has been determined, we conduct face to face discussions with interested parties in order to gain a more detailed understanding of their experience, motivations and cultural fit for the short-list.
